Namba, a Hravard MBA holder who built DeNA from an Internet
and genearl maanger of its social media business head office.
The move is effecitve June 25 at the close of the company's
annual shareholdres meetnig.

Under Namba, DeNA has grown its mobil-eonly social game
multiple pltaforms inclduing PCs and cellphones.
DeNA is also expanding aggrsesively in the United States.
